cancelation policy

Please read the policy, conditions, and process carefully as they contain important information and guidelines for customers & merchants of deriva Technologies Private Limited (“We” or “Company” or “Our” or “Us”) on refund and cancellations. We may amend this process from time to time which shall be updated on its website. We make every effort to provide you services once you register with us placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel a membership of the user on our mobile application “tallileo”.

during trial period

The app is free to use for a trial of 27 days. The user can cancel at any time before the completion of 27 days and the user would not be charged for services during the free trial period.

post expiration of the free trial period (after 27 days)

1. Post expiration of the Free trial period, an auto-generated confirmation mail will be sent to the user informing them about their upcoming subscription for tallileo.
2. If no action is taken by the user, the app will start on an automatic monthly subscription charging amount to the credit card details that the user had provided before availing of the free trial services.

Note: All the users who are not on a paid plan or have not availed of a trial, can use the app for free but with limited features.

conditions for refund/cancelation

Following conditions must be satisfied for the Company to consider a request for refund/cancellation:
1. The refund shall be processed only after you have been billed and the PoS has been received as per our satisfaction;
2. Any charges levied as tax are not eligible for a refund.

order cancelation & refund process

1. The user can cancel the subscription anytime by using the cancellation feature in the app provided by us.
2. We will validate the cancellation/refund request of the user only after checking the timelines, the payment received, etc, and then shall take the request for refund.
3. The amount of refund to be made will vary depending on the type of services availed by the user (choice of subscription plans) and the same shall be in line with Company's policy/schemes.


A refund/cancellation can be refused if the services are already taken.

1. On cancellation of the subscription, post completion of internal checks the Company shall endeavour to process your refund within 10-12 business days.
2. The company is not liable to pay any penalty or compensation to the customer for the cancellation of the subscription/order under any circumstances.
3. Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order. Refunds processed through credit card/debit card will reflect in the next credit card/bank statement.
4. A refund cheque will be issued in the billing name unless otherwise advised by customers.
5. All refunds & cancellations will be as per processes of deriva Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
